Scheme of Presentation

1. General Policy regarding Disposal of State Land.

2. Grant of Land for agriculkture purpose to Haris, Peasant and small Khatedars in command area of sukkur, gudu and Kotri Barrage, Katcha area on permanenet basis and in barrani area on lease. 

3. Grant of land on 99 years for non agriculture purposes on the recomendation of scrutiny committee under statement of conditions 2006.

4. Regularization of Land cancelled under (cancellation of Allotments, conversions and exchanges) ordinance, 2000.

5. Renewal of old / expired leases in Karachi City Areas.

6. Major Disputes.

7. Land Alloted for Mega Projects.

8. Land Alloted for Education City. 

Grant of Land for Non Agriculture Purpose on 99 Years

A. Procedure

1. The Applications are to be submitted to Chief Minister, Sindh.
2. Availabaility of land is to be reported by the concerned EDO (Revenue)
3. Proposals for allotments are to be recomended by the Scrutiny Committee and the approval fro grant is accorded by the Chief Minister on the summary floated by the Land Utilization Department

C. Determination of Market Value

1. Comercial Plots: Through Open Auction at Price Not less than Market value
2. Plots Not Excedding 120 Sq yds: under incremental Housing Scheme not less than 25% of market price
3. Residencial cum Commercial: Not less that 75% of market Price
4. Amenity Purpose: Not less than 50% of Market Price
5. For Mosque and Grave yards: Land can be granted on concessional rates.
6. Govt: Employees Housing Societies or Housing Projects for Sindh Govt Employees: on concessional rates.
